McDowell Pregnancy Care Center is a non-profit, non-denominational, non-political organization committed to providing care, compassion, information, and support to anyone facing pregnancy, whether planned or unplanned. We have been serving McDowell and surrounding counties since 2003.

We rely on donations received from local churches, businesses, individuals, groups, and occasional grants. All services are free and confidential.

Our doors are open to all who need support during pregnancy and early parenthood. We believe everyone deserves access to compassionate care and accurate information, regardless of their background or circumstances.
